Absolutely THE best customer service on the peninsula!! My daughter bought a houseful of Hunter Douglas blinds and the sales experience couldn't have been more satisfying for my daughter. The product, installation and follow up for a minor repair was excellent. They represent all lines of furniture and appliances on their showroom floor, but will provide plenty of styles from which to choose in their catelogs. Prices are extremely competitive. Over many years I have purchased a complete house full of items from Millbrae Furniture. Their service is excellent and their prices are better than most places. I would have no problem recommending Millbrae Furniture. If they don't have it they will get it for you if they can. Tom M

Michael and the team at Millbrae Appliance offered some of the best customer service I have ever received. As friendly and trustworthy as a neighborhood mom and pop store, but with all the expertise and resources you want when buying big ticket appliances. As other people mentioned, they have delivery and takeaway services (we live in SF and delivery was no problem). Highly recommend!
