I want to say special thanks to Toby for going above and beyond on making sure i was taken care of. We had an emergency situation today where a fairly unusually sized double oven we ordered from another nearby appliance supplier (airport appliance) was effectively destroyed during shipping. With thanksgiving coming up and a non functional oven at home we were caught in quite a pickle especially with plans to have many guests over for the holiday. Trying my luck with other nearby big box and local suppliers i was unable to find anyone that could get the oven i needed in time. Last night i saw that Millbrae appliance happens to carry the exact same oven we lost so I planned to call in the morning. I explained the situation to Toby and with zero hesitation he immediately understood the problem the began to tackling it. He confirmed that they had it in stock and was even able to squeeze us into their delivery schedule for that very same day! This is easily the smoothest and most professional experience I've had purchasing appliances over the years. Once again enormous thanks to Toby for rescuing thanksgiving and making what i though was impossible possible, all without compromising and for a price that was better than my original. I will be sure to consider Millbrae appliance first for all my future appliance purchases.

Few years ago, my contractor recommend Millbrae appliance for my new ovens. I had never heard of them before and they were amazing. I have purchased appliances from Home Depot and the very horrible airport appliance. Airport appliance is the worst. Todd was so helpful and one over my future purchases. Just recently, Michael has helped me and he is just as wonderful. I would not buy an appliance from anyone else ever, as I get older, I'm not looking for the cheapest or the fastest. I'm looking for good people and quality businesses that value me and our relationship.

Fabulous experience from start to finish! Michael was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly...transparent. I never once felt pressured to purchase something above what I needed, yet he educated me on all of the details of our built-in refrigerator choices, including digging through the warranty information. The price was also the best on the peninsula! Michael continued to keep me updated regarding delivery once the order was placed and the installation crew was phenomenal!! Customer service like this doesn't exist too often these days. I am beyond impressed and won't go anywhere else for my appliance needs!!
